Goodreads Review:Mr. Frankenstein is the worst. I wish I could give you a greater insight into this magnificent work of fiction than that, but to say anything else might betray the story and I have no wish to put a warning label on this review. So I’ll just say again: Victor Frankenstein is the worst.

Goodreads Review: If I’ve learned anything from reading this book it is that King Arthur needs to keep a better handle on his knights. They keep wandering off and causing all kinds of mischief. Killing people, then marrying their widows, then abandoning those widows to feast for three years. If Arthur would just shut his gates then all this nonsense could have been prevented 🤣

Paul of Dune by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Goodreads Review: My God that Mother is a bitch. From the diabolical mind that brought you the Dancers Series and Sisters at the Edge of the World, this is a story of a performance in more ways than may seem apparent on first look. Five out of five, but then that’s no surprise with Ailish Sinclair.

At the moment you get a free short story about Ariel when you sign up for Ailish’s occasional newsletter. It’s set two weeks before the novel begins.

Goodreads Review: Reading this book is like having one of those dreams that seem so real you start to doubt your own perception of reality. Strange, unnerving, and something that will always provoke the question ‘did that really happen or did I just dream that’.

Goodreads Blurb: In The land of Painted Caves, Jean M. Auel brings the ice-age epic Earth’s Children series to an extraordinary conclusion. Goodreads Review: Once again extremely well researched, with technically very well written prose. My only issue is that most of the plot seems to be shoved in right at the end. I think it should have been spread around a little be more – more drama (even if it’s slightly daft drama) and less descriptions of caves 🤣
