The Man, the Myth, the Legend. A Good Father? Debate able to the extreme. A Good Grandfather? Heck yes. This man, more than any other man in her life forged Rory Gilmore into the woman she is today. Which now that I’m actually writing it down seems less of a compliment than it was really intended to be. I mean sure she’s  a spoiled, self-centred, cow, who thinks the world revolves around herself but … at least she appreciates a good book. Hey don’t look at Richard – he was barely involved with her until she was a teenager. Why is this guy so high on the list again? Oh yes, that’s right – his actor died. So it’s a pity slot? Yes, it’s a pity slot.
